Went to Firehouse today. It was an easy fast going workout. I don't feel like I got a great workout, but I'm okay with that. My legs are still a bit sore. My hip immediately acts up when I start running and my right quad is pretty painful and doesn't like to do any quick movements. I will just stick to walking like a grandma until I heal up. Secretly, I'm happy to take time off. :)
